the staff was friendly and helpful. our room was well equipped and comfortable. i found the food top notch and a great value.. the general ambiance was relaxing.. live piano music added to the first class experience.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area.. it is still within a reasonable walking distance to the town center. the free parking is definitely a bonus.

i experienced dinner in the grill and the service i received from the young waitress was amazing. all staff were polite and accommodating, attending to every need of my table. the cocktails were enjoyable, especially the special cocktail of the week.

the dining experience was subpar. the quality of the evening meal was not great and the breakfast buffet was chaotic. i had to ask staff multiple times for assistance. some items were missing from the buffet. the buffet seemed understaffed.
